2go reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms;

6. Child Safety Standards
2go maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"). This encompasses the creation, distribution, solicitation, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), grooming, sextortion, and any other activity that harms or exploits minors.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual, textual, or audio content depicting or describing sexual acts involving minors (individuals under the age of 18), including but not limited to images, videos, illustrations, or written descriptions.
- Grooming & Solicitation: Any attempt to establish a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation, including the sending of inappropriate messages, requests for explicit content, or coercion of minors into harmful situations.
- Sextortion: The use of sexual content or personal information to threaten, blackmail, or extort any person, including minors.
- Exploitation & Trafficking: The promotion, facilitation, or engagement in the trafficking of minors for sexual purposes, or any related activity.
- Normalisation of Harm: Any content that normalises, encourages, or depicts violence, abuse, or exploitation against children, whether factual or fictional.
These prohibitions apply to all features of the Service without exception, including user profiles, private and group chats, photo and file sharing, and interactions with other users.
6.2 Enforcement Measures
- Automated Detection: We deploy advanced detection technology, including artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, to proactively scan user-generated content for potential violations.
- Human Review: Our moderation team reviews all flagged content to ensure accurate and proportionate enforcement. Reports involving potential CSAE are prioritised and acted upon immediately.
- Consequences: Users found in violation of these standards face immediate removal of offending content, temporary or permanent account suspension, and referral to law enforcement authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local agencies — as required by law.
- Preventive Measures: We implement age verification where appropriate, restrict certain features for younger users, and provide educational resources promoting safe online practices.
6.3 Reporting
- In-app: Use the Report function on any profile, message, or shared content.
- Email: support@2go.im
- Emergencies: Contact local law enforcement or child protection services immediately.
All reports are handled confidentially. We endeavour to review and respond to CSAE-related reports within 24 hours.

Our child safety standards are designed to comply with applicable legislation and international best practices, including:
- The United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA);

- Guidelines issued by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).
We additionally adhere to platform-specific policies mandated by Google Play, the Apple App Store, and the Huawei AppGallery.

9. Rewards Programme
9.1 Overview
These terms govern your participation in the 2go Chat Rewards Programme ("Programme"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms. 2go reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
9.2 Duration
The Programme commenced on 17 March 2023. 2go reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
9.3 Eligibility
The Programme is open to registered users of the 2go application who are in good standing. 2go reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
9.4 Earning Rewards
Participants may earn rewards in the form of mobile airtime or other currencies by completing eligible activities within the application. 2go reserves the right to change, add, or remove eligible activities and corresponding reward values at any time.
When a user reacts to another user's content, a designated amount of virtual currency (such as GoCredits) may be deducted from the reacting user's account and credited to the content creator's account. The amount deducted and the reward issued may vary based on factors including the type of reaction and content engagement.
9.5 Redemption
Rewards may be redeemed for mobile airtime or other currencies within the application. 2go reserves the right to modify or discontinue redemption options at any time. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the redemption of rewards.
Withdrawals are final. Once a withdrawal to a mobile number has been requested, it cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled. 2go accepts no liability for errors in the mobile number or amount specified by the user.
9.6 Cancellation & Revocation
2go reserves the right to cancel, remove, or revoke any rewards if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the participant has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if the rewards were issued in error.
9.7 Know Your Customer (KYC)
2go reserves the right to conduct a Know Your Customer verification process prior to permitting any withdrawal of rewards or virtual currency. This process may require you to provide:
- A photograph of a government-issued identity document;
- Photographs or video of yourself; and/or
- A selfie holding your identity document alongside a unique verification code.
Information collected during the KYC process may be used to verify your identity and prevent fraud. 2go may retain this information for as long as necessary to comply with applicable laws and to maintain the integrity of the Programme. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
9.8 Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Programme, you agree to release and hold harmless 2go Interactive (Pty) Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Programme or the redemption of rewards.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
